应用介绍：Blebbistatin blocked myosin II-dependent cell processes. It blocks cell blebbing rapidly and reversibly. Blebbistatin also rapidly disrupted directed cell migration and cytokinesis in vertebrate cell. Blebbistatin blocks both blebbing and cytokinesis at 50-100μM.
